In 2009, Sicosta launches for a new project by acquiring a production facility located in Alenquer, which has the means to manufacture sausage products.

Like the parent company, Sicosta 2 , it is based on meat processing in the categories of fresh meat cutting, fine and traditional sausage.

It is the junction of the Azorean tradition with the typical flavors of Portugal.
